Spring
Cleanup - March 24-27
Please stack your fallen twigs and limbs in lengths of 6 foot or
less in a neat pile by the side of the road...but please don’t do it
before March the 17th.
We will pick up: Fallen limbs and twigs, trimmings from shrubbery
or small tree limbs We can’t pick up: Cut down trees, lawn
clippings, leaves, or trash
Please help your neighbor if you know they aren’t able to do get
theirs to the curb. You can make separate arrangements (at your
expense) with the following providers to have your piles of “not
acceptables” picked up:

- Tony Forgione 919-356-5126
- Phil Stone 919-776-4678

Update of Bylaws and "Covenants"
On
December 30th, all lot owners were mailed a packet consisting of a
cover letter, copies of the proposed updates to NSPOA Bylaws and
"Covenants" (CCRR's), and separate forms on which to record whether
or not you approve these documents.
It is extremely important that every lot
owner complete the two (2) decision forms and return them to us at
your earliest convenience. A
postage-paid return envelope is included in the packet to help make
this easy to do.
Because of the high legal standard for
approving changes to Covenants, the Board will be following up, as
needed, to obtain enough lot owner responses to determine an
outcome.
If you have a question about either
document, the update effort, or the approval process, please contact
any Board member.
Click Here to review the Cover Letter
and two proposed documents.
For those who wish
more detail, attached are the two documents showing changes made
during the various editing processes:
Existing documents are found on the
Documents, Forms and Minutes page. |

We Need Your Email Address!
If we could email you information we can save valuable resources!
The cost of paper, ink, postage, time to stuff envelopes by multiple
people, trips to the Post Office - all of these add up to a lot of
money and time. If we had your email address we could
eliminate most (but not all) of these unnecessary expenditures.
The Communications Committee would welcome your support by
completing a
Resident Information Form
and mailing it to:
NSPOA

Box 326
Sanford, NC 27331
Thanks!
